I had the opportunity to go to a seminar in Chicago with another fellow photographer and meet one of my favorite photographers - Jasmine Star. She lives in California and does some amazing work. She inspires me and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to meet her in person. So, the 7 hours driving in one day was worth the 4 hr seminar!! Yes, I may be crazy, but it hasn't been proven yet. Anyways, it was totally worth it. I also got to meet David Jay, another phenomenal photographer from Cali.

Nathan...
This past week was a little crazy with more than my share of sessions....but it is always worth it when I look through pictures from each session. Little Nathan did an awesome job last weekend as you can see. I just love photographing children in all of their excitement and expressions :)

Little Beauties...
Last week I had the opportunity to photograph two beautiful children of friends of ours from high school, and who are now teachers in Rockford. They did such a great job and are such happy kids that it was so much fun for me. Thanks for being such great parents Molly and Scott!!
